Very professional, arrived on time and finished early. Entire crew was courteous and handled my items with extreme care. This was my first time hiring long distance movers and from the very start I was impressed with First Class Moving and Storage. They took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t hesitate to adjust the quote multiple times as I decided certain things would not be going anymore. I got several quotes from different company they were one the higher end but the quality of service, guaranteed delivery date, and promise of no additional charges sold me. I got a txt the day before the move with what time they would arrive, they were promptly there at the start of the arrival window. They took car with all my belongings, wrapping each piece of furniture and boxing up glass table top, mirror, and TV. My things were delivered on the date requested and again got a txt the day before with the delivery window. Movers showed up promptly at the start of the arrival window. There was no up charges and the price was exactly as quoted. The movers got all my belongings to the third floor. They were efficient and professional. No major damage to anything. I was so stressed about this move and 1st Class Moving and Storage made the process so easy! Highly recommend!

They were recommended by my realtor, and did a fantastic job. Starting with the incredibly easy but thorough quote (which was very accurate!) done on video through an app, they were top notch through the entire process. They were flexible enough to push the move date back 2 days, they showed up exactly on time, the crew was friendly, efficient, wrapped everything, and made sure it got put where we wanted in the new house. They even hauled an entire treadmill upstairs! And they finished it all in a little less time than expected.

All our interactions with the company were positive. The rates offered were very competitive but their work was not indicative of a cut-rate operation. The work ethic displayed by all their employees was excellent. The care they showed for all of our possessions was top notch. We definitely had a "1st class" moving experience with 1st Class Moving! From the easy quote process to moving day, everything went smoothly. The foreman and his team were all very kind, courteous and careful and worked very hard to be sure everything was loaded and unloaded safely and put in the right place! This was an our second moving experience with this company and we couldn't have been more pleased! Highly recommend 1st Class Moving and Storage.

I cannot say enough good things about our move. First class was responsive from the get go. The virtual walk through made it easy to get an accurate quote. The movers were professional and very hard working. I couldn’t believe how fast they packed and moved our whole 3 bedroom house to a new one. We had absolutely zero casualties too. Not even a broken glass. I would 100% hire them for our next move
